Air Conditioning
Each chalet has its own air conditioning and heating unit, with a wall mounted temperature control.
Babysitting
Childcare can be arranged by a local professional licensed childcare service – call Child Care Connection directly at 403-760-4443. A minimum of 48 hours advanced notice is required.
Barbeque
Guests are welcome to use the gas BBQ located in Mystic Springs’ Courtyard. Usage is on a first come, first serve basis during scheduled hours.
Business Services
Mystic Springs has limited business services available, please contact Guest Services. Within walking distance, at 512 Bow Valley is Canmore Business Services for all your business service needs. Call 403-678-1719.
Check-In/Out
Check-in is 4pm. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. An additional charge will be applied to your account for accommodation retained after this time. Late check out requests must be made in advance through the Guest Services desk.
Children
Mystic Springs Chalets & Hot Pools gladly welcomes children; however, we kindly request that children under the age of 16 be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Kids under 18 with a parent/guardian – stay free!
Housekeeping
Mystic Spring Chalets suites are self-catering, your suite will be cleaned
before your arrival and once you depart. There is daily stay-over service offered. Each suite is
stocked with kitchen essentials, if you are looking for a specific item
please contact Guest Services. You may choose to have additional
housekeeping service during your stay, please contact our Guest Services
Agents to arrange.
Internet
Complimentary wireless access is provided in the reception area and in Riverstone Hall.
Iron & Ironing Board
All chalets are equipped with an iron and ironing board.
Kitchen
Each Chalet at Mystic Springs Chalets & Hot Pools features a fully-equipped kitchen. Dish soap and a dishwasher have been provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that you clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils and glassware you may have used prior to check out. Feel free to leave clean dishes in the dishwasher should it still be running at the time of your check out.
Laundry
Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in the Guest Laundry area, located in the Gazebo. Guest Services can provide change for the machines. Wash cycle - $1.50, Dryers - $1.50.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available around the Chalets. Please note that all parking is outside, with plug-ins for the winter. A 9’ extension cord is suggested for plugging in your vehicle over night. You must provide your own extension cord. You can also purchase a cord at the local Home Hardware, located off Railway Avenue.

Mystic Springs Chalets & Hot Pools welcomes the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard & VISA. We also accept Interac payment.
Pets
Mystic Springs Chalets & Hot Pools is pleased to be a “Pet-Friendly” resort. We believe that your pet is part of the family. We kindly ask that you keep your pet on a leash outside your chalet and that you pick up after your pet. Housekeeping service will not be provided if your pet is left unattended. A daily pet charge of $25 CDN with a max of $100 CDN, will be applied to your room account and you will be financially responsible for any damages that may incur.
Play Pens
Play pens are available upon request through Guest Services on a first come first serve basis.
Hot Pools (Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub)
Mystic Springs’ outdoor heated pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and are accessed using your room card. For safety reasons, our pool is not open once outside temperatures drop below -20Cwind chill combined temperature). The main pool temperature is 30C (84F) and the hot tub is 40C (104F). Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty – children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Infants are required to wear waterproof pants. Change rooms and showers are located next to the hot tub and showering is required prior to entry. Towels are provided in the pool area – please do not remove bath towels from your Chalet.
Quiet Times
Mystic Springs is a family resort and we take pride in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Please respect your fellow guest and observe that quiet times are from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. In case of disturbance or emergency, please contact Guest Services by dialing “0”.
Security
Mystic Springs Chalets & Hot Pools has an on-property security patrol at night.

Ski/Golf Club/Snowboard Storage
A secure storage room is located just outside the main door to your chalet. Please visit the Guest Services desk to obtain a key. Please be advised that snowboards, skis and clubs are not permitted inside Chalets and Mystic Springs Chalets & Hot Pools will not be responsible for lost or stolen equipment.
Smoking
Mystic Springs Chalets & Hot Pools is pleased to offer its guests a smoke free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Guests caught smoking may face a penalty fee.
